Marian Christie is from Harare, Zimbabwe. She lived in various countries in Africa, Europe and the Middle East before moving to her present home in southeast England. She has published three books of poetry with Penteract Press –– Fractal Poems, Triangles, and Sky, Earth, Other –– all of which are inspired by mathematical concepts. Together with Samantha Rumbidzai Vazhure, Marian is co-editor of Tesserae: a mosaic of poems by Zimbabwean women (Carnelian Heart Press).
