Artist Statement:

I am a painter who works in oil, from life and photos. Born in the USA, I emigrated to Canada, then moved on to Mexico. My work reflects my travels, and my influences range from Hopper to Impressionism to a Mexican influence of a narrative and color…a realistic style. My interest now is painting the urban landscape where I live. I paint what I see, and through my paintings I witness an urban evolution.
